Refunds, Returns and exchanges
We encourage all customers to read and understand our Shipping and Return Policies. For all customers based in the European Union, we follow the European Consumer Rights 14-day Cooling-off period. It is the responsibility of the customer to understand the costs associated for the event that you would like to return your order before placing an order.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we aim to make the return, refund, or exchange process as seamless as possible for you. This applies to customers in the UK, the USA and International orders.
Calaswim offers returns, refunds and exhanges.
- The return must be registered and sent within 14days from the delivery date. (If you receive the order on Monday, Tuesday counts as DAY 1.)
- All items must be sent in box; original pouches, unworn, and unwashed with hygiene stickers intact.
- The items cannot be sent back in a plastic bag.
- All items have to be in the same condition physically and odor.
- If you return more than 4 items from your order, you will be charged 2 EUR on each item.
- Delivery Address and Contact Details: We cannot be held liable for the loss if your order is lost or not delivered due to incorrect shipping address.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- The cost of shipping your order is non-refundable. This includes insurance costs depending on the value of the order. As described in our Shipping Policy.
- We are not responsible for items that are accidentally returned to us. You may request to have your items sent back again or a refund, but you will be responsible for the shipping cost iccurred.
- We strongly recommend that all EU customers use our provided return shipping label. We cannot be responsible for any issues if you chose to return the order on your own.
- It can take 5-10 working days to process your return orders.
For the UK, the USA, and interntional returns, we only accept returns that are registered and use the shipping labels provided by us. Returns made outside of our portal or with your own labels will not be accepted.
All items discounted or marked "on sale" are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange the size of your item, please email us with your order number. Once your return request has been processed, a store credit for the original shipping cost will be issued to your account under the email address provided. You can then place a new order by logging into our store portal with the same email address.

Cost of Shipping:
All shipments are insured to ensure they arrive in good condition and not lost during transit.
The cost of insurance is included with your order however is non-refundable in the event of the return part of the order or the entire order, as per the chart below:

However, we are not responsible for any packages stolen after delivery. In the even of thefts and stolen packages, we recommend contacting your local police for assistance.
If I still send the return back after 14-day delivery date, what will happen to my late returns?
Please do not send the return back to us if you missed the deadline of 14-day delivery date. Your return will be rejected and you will have to arrange your package back to you at your cost.
The item(s) will only be held for 30days, after which they will be disposed in the most sustainable manner.
Damaged items: Bikinis from Calaswim are handmade and delicate. Please handle with care. We advise you to check and try the bikinis straight away. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 48hours at care@calaswim.com with your order number and a photo of the packaging prior to opening and the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. The return must be within 14days from the delivery date.
For hygiene considerations, According to the European Consumer Centre Netherlands: Swimwear is in the category of products where returns are not mandated for hygienic reasons. However, we understand that buying online is a big challenge due to varying body types and sizing. In an effort to enable returns, we provide hygiene stickers in our items. In addition we request that you remain considerate and try on all swimwear over your underwear.
Exchange for different prints: If you are not satisfied with the print of the bikini you receive, and would like to exchange for another bikini with a different print. The shipping cost will be the responsibility by the customers.
